Video Editor & Motion Graphic Artist (Contract)

Boosted is building fun, fast, simple transportation. Electric skateboards are our first product but our vision is so much bigger than just that. We want to own the bike lane. We know that lightweight electric vehicles are the future of urban transportation and we aim to be the brand that brings that vision to life. We want cities to feel smaller, campuses to be more accessible, and commutes to actually be enjoyable. We want people to explore more and worry less. We envision a world where getting there is just as good as being there.

We’ve compiled a stellar team of smart, authentic people who like to win, and we’ve built a premium brand with a passionate customer following. Backed by some of Silicon Valley’s premier VCs and entrepreneurs, we just closed $60M in Series B funding.

About the Role

Boosted is looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Artist to join its internal creative team. The Video Editor & Motion Graphic Artist will bring both hands-on production know-how, including video editing, combined with a creative and strategic conceptual ability. This person will create social media content, marketing videos, and tutorial videos. This role will work closely with and report to our Art Director but will also interact with the CMO.

We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly and adapt to new situations.  On the post side of things, you should have a strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere, as well as After Effects and Photoshop. On the camera side of things, you should be comfortable running a DSLR, as well as using GoPros.

  • Self-driven problem-solver and question-asker with a positive attitude
  • Happy to grow outside of your comfort zone
  • A passion for board sports is a big plus

What we offer:

  • Growth potential, tell us your goals and we’ll get there together.
