As we reported previously, we identified quality control issues in our manufacturing process that allowed water to enter two customer battery packs and cause a short-circuit in the electronics.
Our engineering and manufacturing teams have done a full audit and update of our processes to eliminate these issues in the future. We’re currently re-qualifying our manufacturing line and are finishing an updated production schedule.
We will share a detailed update and a new shipping schedule on Friday, December 9th. In the meantime, we understand everyone is anxious to get their boards, and we appreciate the support and patience from everyone. We’re really excited to get you back to riding.
